3. General information only
Website content is provided for general information and business communication. It is not legal, tax, accounting, employment, human-resources or other professional advice and is not a substitute for advice based on your organisation’s specific facts. Laws, rules, notifications, judicial interpretations and administrative practices may change and may differ by state, location, establishment, industry and workforce. You are responsible for verifying current requirements and obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances before acting or omitting to act.
4. No engagement created by Website use
Browsing the Website, contacting us, submitting an enquiry or receiving a preliminary response does not by itself create a consultancy, legal adviser-client, employment, recruitment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship. An engagement is accepted only when its scope and terms are confirmed in writing by authorised representatives. A separate engagement document may specify services, exclusions, client responsibilities, fees, taxes, payment terms, timelines, confidentiality, data handling, liability and termination.
5. Enquiries and user responsibilities
You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, is not misleading and that you have the right and authority to provide it. Do not submit another person’s personal or confidential information without an appropriate lawful basis or authority. Do not submit identity documents, employee-level payroll data, health information, bank details, passwords or other sensitive records through the general enquiry form. Where such information is needed for an agreed service, a secure method and appropriate instructions should be agreed separately.
